The Website is owned by HELIOS SEET Studio. 

Since 20 April 2022, 22:05:38(GMT+8), we have cancelled e-commerce services on HELIOSSEET.COM. All purchases only will available at our partnered showroom or we announced officially.

HELIOS SEET Studio has subcontracted the operation of certain aspects of the Website to a specific grey scale graphic trading division. As such, part of this website has stated our Facebook and Instagram official social media account, and our contact email. The procures certain services on behalf of HELIOS SEET Studio to enable the operation of the Website and for you to search through the Website or linked to our digital drive storage. Such services are limited to only viewing, but not hosting and/or editing any visual files. 

Our development team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and all legal action will be taken if there is any misused or violation occurred. 

All intellectual property rights in any content of the Site (including text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trade marks and/or logos) are owned by HELIOS SEET Studio, or our licensors. Except as expressly set out here, nothing in these terms and conditions gives you any rights in respect of any intellectual property owned by us or our licensors and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading content from the Site. 

In the event you print off, copy or store pages from the Site (only as permitted by this page as "SITE POLICIES"), you must ensure that any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right notices contained in the original content are reproduced.
